 What iam trying to do is create a formula using the the 'FUNCTION' command the IF LOGICAL but not sure if this is the correct commands to use?

I have 3 cells cell A= is the Purchase price, Cell B= Discount 25% (drop down list 25% / NO) and cell C= I Want the value calculated

What my question is how could i formulate the argument below ?

CELL C > to calculate the discount of 25% from the purchase price if cell B has 25% selected but if Cell B has N0 selected just add 10% to the purchase price?

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
