where can I find info on "ctrl enter" & "ctrl shift enter" formuals. Is there a downloadable list somewhere.

Not sure about the Ctrl+Enter, but the Ctrl+Shift+Enter is used for entering an array formula.
Try doing a search on "Array" or "Array formula" and see what you get.

Crtl + Enter is used to enter a formula in all selected cells, the fomulas will maintain relative cell references. Think of it as a fill tool for entering formulas across a range.
