I'd call myself intermediate in Excel but I still have a lot to learn. I cant find any tests online though that would show me which areas I need to strengthen. Does anyone know of any?

To be clear I'm talking about learning actual Excel functions. Excel tests online instead like to ask about keyboard shortcuts. I wouldn't consider myself weak for not remembering what Alt-K-V or whatever does :)

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Just read a lot, follow topics, try to solve, learn from others and repeat.

By doing this, you will find subjects/areas where you could improve your skills
