Bonjour,

I am receiving weekly an Excel Report with a Pivot Table where the source is an Access Query. I need the raw data to populate an other report and cannot have access to the Ms Access Database. The amount of line exceed 66000 Lines and even when I open it with Office 2007 the line stop at the 66000 lines.

Is there any Vba code I could use to retreive the information store in Excel Memory for the Pivot Table to populate an Access Table?

Hope I was clear

Thanks

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
The PivotTable data is stored in a so-called Pivot cache. If you double-click on the grand total, Excel should create a new sheet with the underlying source data from this cache.

If you get the PivotTable in an Excel 2003 format, you'll have to convert the file to an Excel 2007 format first to accommodate the additional lines over the 65,535 limit.
