In my worksheet I have column A the time in half hour increments Ie: 00:00-00:30 and so on through 23:30-24:00. In column B I have the location name Ie: "OTT" or "OTP". In column C I have set amount of slots available for meetings Ie: 1,2,3 ops etc. each of which could be 1-4 hours at once. What type of formula would I use to calculate for each "EAB" occurance in column B and the total of slots in column C. Here is an example... 15:00-15:30(A)"OTT"(B) 3 ops(C) 15:30-16:00(A) "OTT"(B) 3 ops(C) Then say 16:00-1630 "OTP" 5 ops 16:30-17:00 "OTP" 5 ops. Total number of hours/2 to find for each EAB and CDR. Hope this is helpful. Any suggestions welcomed. Thank you in advanced.
