Whiskey/Wine journal: Solutions to make data entry easier?

I am hesitant to post this, but my searches on the forum/web are coming up fruitless...

I am trying to create a Whiskey/Wine/Beer journal.

I have created a spreadsheet that will allow me to enter the info/rating/attributes to each drink and develop a visual (radar graph, color scale, rating) representation of it. So far all of this has been manual. For example: I have to cut and paste one group for a new entry and replace/reassign all the cells.

I would like to create a Data Entry Form or User Form to aid entering information. I’m getting the basics of the User Form, but what I am having difficulty with is making it look the way I want to.

Is there a way to make the entered data/objects appear in the desired locations, rather than straight across one row?

Is it possible to create graphs (particularly Radar Graphs) through this method?

I have attached a link to what I have so far. It should provide a better reference as to what I’m trying to achieve. If you guys can think of anything more efficient, I am open to hear it.

Thank you in advance! This forum has helped me in so many ways prior (especially with this project).

Drew

Feel free to use the journal as your own. The Wine worksheet is lacking, but the Whiskey and Beer pages are functional.

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
hm. It may be because the post creator shortened it?

Try this one or this?

Thanks :)

edit: Second one works for me w/o having to sign into Google, whereas the first needs a sign in.
