Ive just been in a massive circle and back to where I started from!
I need to take a range of data (percentages) put them in order and have them in positions (1st,2nd,3rd etc)
THIS ISNT AS SIMPLE AS IT SEEMS
AS EVERY CELL IS LOOKING FOR DATA EXTERNALLY
AND IF A CELL SHARES THE SAME %, IT DOESN'T WORK!
If you want a challenge I will be open to messages.

It's not a simple as RANK unfortunately. I'm need it to look at one cell and take another cells data. eg site name and its percentage compared to 52 other site names and percentage
Have them put into highest rank/position (%)
I am using LARGE for that and had worked until I had the same % data.
Then just one site name was shown instead of 2

INDIRECT(CONCATENATE("'LOCATION'!B",MATCH(B3,'SHEET2'!$D$2:$D$9,0))+1))
Thats fine if you don't want to skype, I don't care nor worry.
I'm not asking for people to be uptight, Just some help!
I thought that it would be easier as I could explain more.

You can make the site names unique by adding the row number maybe? Or some other criterion to distinguish sites with the same name.

Hmmm, good shout! That could come in handy! Its the % that is the same.
