Why am I getting this error message?

I have several macros stored in my Personal Macros workbook. When I try to run one of them, I get the following error message:

"Cannot run the macro 'PERSONAL.XLSB!Delete_Rows'. The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled."

When I go to the VBA window and click on 'run macro', it runs perfectly. I've checked the Trust Centre settings, which allow macros to run and the other macros stored in the Personal workbook work as expected.

Any thoughts, please?

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.

To add to the query - if I use Alt+F8 and select the required macro it works!
