Why is my iferror not working?

I have the following formula and despite me putting an iferror "" I am still getting 0 - what am I doing wrong?

0 is not an error value, so wouldn't be affected by IFERROR. I'd suggest you add a separate test for the lookup value cell being blank.

I suspect you have blank cells in B2:B999, try
