Why Vlookup isn't working

I have this formula in a column
=IF(ISERROR(VLOOKUP(B192,ConsoTB!A:C,3,FALSE)),0,VLOOKUP(B192,ConsoTB!A:C,3,FALSE))
Whilst it is working for all items found in the sheet ConsoTB , it is not working for few matches even when the match exist in the sheet ConsoTB..
What could be the reason !!
