Why Won't it Auto Update???

Every now and then a spread sheet that has linked cells wont update when I change a value so i have to goto each indiviual cell double click it and then press enter to get the correct value. Can't figure it out... anyone have any help? Thanks

Can't help but I have it happen absolutely all the time. It really is a pain! Any suggestions much appreciated.
