I have asked this question before but have not an answer that would work. Maybe I am not asking the question properly, so I will try again.

I have a Workbook named "Reports 3-3-04.xls. The 3-3-04 is a version date that changes when a new version is released. The Workbook contains a macro that will create reports from the data contained in the "Reports 3-3-04.xls" Workbook. Part of the macro is a varible that refers to a cell on a worksheet in "Reports 3-3-04.xls" using the following code.

myInfo=Workbooks ("Report 3-3-04.xls"). Sheets ("Info"). Range ("B4")

This works fine, the problem I am having is the date in the name of the Workbook "Report 3-3-04.xls" changes. Is there a way that I can reference the "Report" Workbook using a Wildcard (*)? Something like Workbooks ("Report *.xls")?

Any help would be great. Thanks
