I have a form in one of my databases and I want that form to open all by itself whenever i open that database. I tried to build a macro to do it and there is an action called "OPEN FORM" but for the condition what do I put???

The builder has no conditional expressions in it relating to "When the Database is Opened" or On Opening of Database or anything like that.

I hope I would not be relegated to the exec.bat command line? I don't want the form to open in ALL my databses - only the database with the form in it!

Any hints?

Will the fill handle fill 1, 2, 3?
Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.

Have you tried Tools>Startup...?

There you can specify a form to show up on startup.:)

Great Link! Lot's of good stuff but I did not see anything about making my form start up with the database.

I did go to the windows bubble and find the TOOLS (there were about ten of them) but none said startup.

I'll keep looking - thanks for the help.

Okay - Found it:

>Round Windows Bubble
>Access Options
>Current Database
>Display Form:

There is a dropdown dialog box right there with all my forms in it so I can select the form I want to display on open.

Thanks Again
