hi
in win8 every time that i load files into the macro they stay available and i need to minimum them that i see the macro again it happen only in win8 in win7 it working right

not clear friend, what do you mean by load files into a macro, do you mean open a workbook and copy parts into a macro, then close the workbook ?

when in the macro i let the user upload files (workbook) it stays open and i need to minimize the work book to see again the screen of the macro

make a new blank spreadsheet, tools, macro, record macro, minimise the sheet then maximise the sheet, stop the macro and look at the code. The minimise part is needed in your macro.............

. I am not clear exactly what you are saying or asking.

. However if it is an issue of looking at either the Spreadsheet ot the Development Environment (Your code or "macro") , then if you are able to organize it I would strongly recommend trying to set up your computer with an additional screen( extended monitor option ).
: You can clearly then see both your "Macro" and the Spreadsheet without having to minimize or hit ALT 11 to switch between the two
