Windows Folder option to open XLS in same Excel program

Now my WindowsXP File Explorer Folder is messed up.
When I double click an XLS file in Explorer, it properly opens up in Excel program (I am using 2000/2003).
However, when I double click another XLS, instead of opening within same Excel program under another Excel's windows, it starts another Excel program instance and open within that another Excel program instance.

How do I set it back so that this XLS is open within same Excel program ?
