With IF condition in DATA VALIDATION

Hi,

I tried to include a if condition in data validation. But it doesn't accept. please advise. Below the screen shot. My requirement is If the cell Q28 selected with option YES in the dropdown then R28 to be provided with dropdown of table SLEEVETYPE.

When you change the name of SLEEVETYP in YES. Then you can use as validation list: =INDIRECT(Q28)

I'm not sure I understand you problem exactly, but if you have a named range called SleeveRange, then this worked for me:
