Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
Give this a try:

Code:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(C1:C1000>=275),--(C1:C1000<=320))/COUNT(C1:C1000)

=SUMPRODUCT(--($C$1:$C$1000>=275),--($C$1:$C$1000<=320))/COUNTA($C$1:$C$1000)*100

Make sure all your ranges are the same size. *Stupid slow "T3"
