I have a userform that I have the user input some information on. Some information is sensitive, so I have only the last five digits show. This part I have down fine. The problem is that when storing the last five digits, sometimes the numbers begin with zero's. I can't get Excel to quit dropping those zero's, even if it is stored as text. Right now I have been using one of these two:

Code:
field1 = .range("A" & i).text

.range("B" & i) = format(field1, Text)
or
.range("B" & i) = format(field1, "@")

Any help is appreciated.

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
try
Code:
.range("B" & i) = chr(39) & field1

or
Code:
.range("B" & i).NumberFormat = WorksheetFunction.Rept(0, len(field1))
.range("B" & i) = field1

When are you formatting as text?

You should be doing it before you place any value in the cell.
