I have a simple spreadsheet primarily used as a data repository. There are a couple of simple calculations in two columns. One of the other columns is for COMMENTS. All text. I've set up WORD WRAP & AUTO-FIT ROW HEIGHT for that column. It is stored online---in other words, it is Excel Online.
When rows from duplicate spreadsheets (which use the desktop Excel) are copied and pasted into Excel online--the WRAP TEXT & AUTO-FIT do not work in the desired cell.
Yes, we use the Paste Command of Ctrl + Shift + V to paste values only.

Any suggestions?

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
