Word Wrap Problem

I just got a new work laptop and have encountered a problem.

I'm running Excel 2002. If I have any word wraps on a sheet, any cell with this setting is not viewable. I can see the data for these cells in the formula bar, and everything is visible in print preview. However I can't even re-size the cells to fit the text on the worksheet.

Has anyone else come across this?

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
I'm seeing nothing except the cell borders and fills.

I opened a document I had been working on yesterday and it looked like a blank template. I had each cell formatted to wrap.

If you remove the wrtapped text format and then format the cells as text, and then reformat the wrap text, does it fix the issue. I had to do that when I went to Excel 2003 from Excel 2000. Also, try expanding the row height and see if you can see the text.

That didn't work either! I can't figure it out. At first I thought I had lost all of my data. While working on another spreadsheet, I tried to wrap text and voila, that's what was causing the problem.

If I remove the wrapping format everything does appear, but now I can't get it formatted correctly.
