work out the number of cells between cells with the same value

Hi I have cells in "mm:ss.0" format, I need some code that will count the number of cells inbetween cells with the same value.
eg. if cell B2 was 02:00.0, then counting in the same row how many cells before coming to the next cell with the same time.

any help welcomed on this!
