Hello All,

It's been a while since my last post...so I'm getting back into it!

What I'm trying to do is have an automatic Workbook close event where any columns that were hidden during work performed are unhidden prior to the workbook closing.

I searched the board and couldn't find anything that would help.

Any ideas??

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
How about something like this?
Code:
Private Sub Workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean)
Dim ws As Worksheet

    For Each ws In ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets
        ws.Cells.EntireColumn.Hidden = False
    Next
End Sub

Welcome back!

Maybe something like this:
Code:
Private Sub workbook_BeforeClose(Cancel As Boolean)
    Dim ws As Worksheet

        For Each ws In ActiveWorkbook.Worksheets
            ws.Cells.EntireColumn.Hidden = False
        Next ws

End Sub
HTH,

Smitty

EDIT: Way to slow :wink:
