Hey all!
I have a workbook that currently auto saves itself to users XLSTART. The workbook has a number of macros that our team uses and needs to have access to anytime they open EXCEL.
Today a user had their computer freeze on them while in EXCEL. They had to do a hard restart and shut their computer down. Now, when they open EXCEL it does not recognize that this workbook is in their XLSTART.
Here are the things I did to troubleshoot:
Anything I haven't thought of? I'm completely stumped!

Here are the things I did to troubleshoot:
- I placed another workbook in the XLSTART to see if EXCEL would read that. And it does
- I removed the workbook, cleared his cookies, cache and restarted his computer. I re-added the workbook and it still doesn't work
- I tried to trick EXCEL by using the EXCEL OPTIONS - ADVANCED - GENERAL and putting the address to his XLSTART in the "At startup, open all files in: " section. This still didn't work.
