Hello all!

I have a complex template that I update frequently. Every time I update it, I send it as an attachment to our admin assistant and then she saves the file locally to her computer. Sometimes I update the template multiple times per day so I send her lots of emails saying "please use this updated version."

Is there a way to save the template to the cloud and have her work from that version, without having to download a file to her computer locally every time I update it? The goal would be that every time I update the template, she is automatically using the most recent version.

Thanks very much in advance!
