Hi

I have a nice timesheet that works out daily hours worked from entering start time, finish time, lunch start and lunch end. It gives a daily total and totals up a weekly figure.
The weekly figure is in the format 37.5. What Id like to do is add two boxes for working out standard hours and flexi hours.

Example. If my standard hours are 37.5 and I work 40 hours. Then Id like a weekly total box to show Ive worked 2.5 hours overtime, which I would roll over to the next week. And say if I then took the 2.5 hours off the next week so I only worked 35 hrs, I could show that Ive taken the flexi hours off so technically I would work the full week, even though its made up of 35 hrs standard and 2.5 hrs flexi.

Thanks
Phillip

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
Not sure I can address all of that but to calculate overtime where your hours worked are in cell M3 in decimal format

=MAX(0,M3-37.5)

standard hours would be

=MIN(M3,37.5)
