Working with average prices

Hello,
I have a stock price control spreadsheet, where I need that every time I add or remove a certain stock, that the system make a new average price and add the amount of buy / sell shares, I will put the spreadsheet for better understanding:
I did it the way I can, but maybe, with the use of specific formulas, this will become very simple
Today, I have to make the average price on hand ... lol

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
