So I have a report that on columns E, K, Q, W, AC, AI, and AO a person needs to enter a number... they intersect with rows 22,23, 27, 28, 32, 33, 37, 38, 42, 43, 47, 48, 52, 53, 57, and 58....

what I want is not allow them to put Zeros... or negative numbers by that matter... but I don't want to use data validation... if they put a 0 in any of these intersected ranges, I want it to change to 0.0001 or something like that... I have other formulas that depend on the values entered on these cells... and I don't want them to think much about it...

help... please!!!

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
It might be better to fix the formulas so that they can accept 0 as an option.

Changing data entered by the user is ..... I hesitate to say "un-ethical" but, user data is data and data is king, claiming that 0 is the same as .0001 is a falsehood.

Your answer made me feel like a criminal or something like that... Can I send you a copy of my file so that you can help me with the formula? I am not sure how to explain it...
