WHEN I OPEN A FILE IN EXCEL.....THERE IS A VERY WIERD KIND OF PROBLEM. THE WORKSHEET THAT OPENS HAS ALL THE ROW HEADS ON THE RIGHT HAND RATHER THAN THE LEFT AND THE COLUMNS HAVE GOT FLIPPED.. I.E. THE FIRST COL. IS IV & THE LAST COLUMN IS A. EVERYTHING IS UPSIDE DOWN. IF I WORK ON IT NORMAL AND OPEN THE SAME FILE ON ANOTHER COMP. WHERE ALL IS FINE ....... MY FILE GETS FLIPPED I.E. AS PER THE CORRECT FORMATTING.

WHAT SHOULD I DO .......... HAVE REALLY GONE BONKERS SOLVING IT........URGENT

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
One thing you can do is please not use all upper case letters in your post.

Then, from your worksheet menu bar, click Tools > Options > International tab, and deselect (take the checkmark out of) the box next to "View current sheet right-to-left".

Click OK and you will have your familiar view settings returned for left to right.

Another possibility...

I noticed this on a client's machine a few months back. There is a key combination that rotates the window view. It's (I think) Ctrl+Shift+ an arrow key. If not, it's Ctrl+Alt+ an arrow key.
The arrow key defines the window orientation. Up arrow should return the window view to normal. Down arrow flips it on its head, left and right arrows rotate the window left and right respectively.
It's not common -- seems to be a special video command on some brands of PC (I think they use HP)
