Is there Any way in that i can set a number of worsheet under such a protection that other people accessing IT are able to amend data (i.e INPUT DATA N SEE IT)in it but are not able to DELETE THE WORK SHEET.....

Yes iif you protect the workbook for structure and do not protect sheets at all, they will not be able to delete, but they will be able to edit at will.
