I put Line/100,0/150,0 (without the double quote) in A1, B1 and C1 cell, and save that worksheet to TXT. In the TXT, it shows Line(Without double quote), but "100,0" and "150,0" has the double quote. I wondered that could the last two has no double quote as saving them to TXT?

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Try highlighting the three cells A1, B1, C1, then clicking on Format, Cells, Number, Text, then entering Line, 100,0 and 150,0, respectively. Now, do a Save. When you re-open your workbook, it should show what you want, without doble quotes. Does this answer your question?
