Can I send an Excel form to someone to complete the formula I need done? I will pay for this if needed but everytime I ask mrexcel for help, the response doesn't work as planned. Please provide e-mail to send file and direction. Basically I want to take data from a weekly worksheet and at weeks end, hit a macro button that would save the weekly info to another workbook called monthly. This monthly form would be an ongoing form for the entire year. Thx for your help.

OK, ill do my best to explain. I have 2 worksheets. The first titled "Weekly" the second titled "Monthly". We track info. each week and log this info by date in the weekly worksheet. At the end of each week, I have to manually enter this info into the monthly worksheet under the correct month. Example: all info in the weekly is dated for February 1st - 7th. I would then copy all Feb.1-7 info and re-enter into the monthly worksheet under Feb. Then I would go back to the weekly worksheet and erase all Feb 1-7 data so I can then enter Feb 8-14 data at end of next week. Id like to create a macro button that performs this task each week. Is this do-able?

start row for each row on weekly sheet, how you want it placing in monthly sheet,

D = Service Provided
E = Invoice Number
F = Amount of Bill
G = Fax
H = Re submit

how is the date formatted in column B and what happens to the weekly info once you have the information on the monthly sheet?

The date is format is : 03/01/11

The info going from the weekly to the monthly is broken down by catagory in Column I and returned as amount in Column F. I already have this formula set up on the page in Columns J-M on the monthly worksheet so once the info is transfered from weekly to monthly, cells J-M will take that info and organize as I need.

what I meant is does the next week go below that week also or do you clear the info for the following week?
