wrap text cut off

I have a spreadsheet where i use wrap text in alot of cells. some of the cells have alot of datat in them, but never more than 1000 characters. when i print the sheet the bottom row of text gets cut in half.

anyone know how to fix this? i have tried every alignment and nothing stop it from doing this.
