Wrestling league and tracking on excel

Hey all! Sorry if this has been posted before, but I am managing a youth league, a middle school league, and a high-school league for wrestling. I need to keep track of wins and losses for each kid so the coaches can quickly see the kids stats for seed meetings. I have our kids and who they have won or loss to. Any help is greatly appreciated.
