writing and counting cells to another sheet after pressing a button

Hi everyone

For a event i have a price list that is reset when i press a button.
My question now is :how can i write this data from each drink or meal to another sheet and count how many there are purchased overall in the evening, even when i reset the cells in the base entry.

it's probably not that diffucult but I hope you guys can help me.
