X-axis labeling help (Dates)

Hello,

I'm looking to display two separate date formats for my x-axis. I have see this done before, unfortunately I can't remember where I saw it.

I would like to display the first letter of the month only and then underneath all 12 months I would like to display the year.

So for example:

O N D J F M A M J J
2007 2008

Any help with this would be appreciated, thanks.

Looking to do something very similar to Jon's dual category example here only with dates, one data series, and a line chart.
