Hello folks:

I have spreadsheet that is constantly being updated. Normally only person works on this spreadsheet at a time. However, during peak times we need to have more than one person working on the file.

Is there a way that multiple users work on this file at the same time and update simulteanously? I am using XL 2007

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
In the Review Tab, click on share work book.

My files are on a network and I did find by doing that my file sizes were blowing out - keep an eye on it.

If that does happen, in the share workboom option, go to the advanced tab and tick the box that states "dont keep changes history"
