XL 2010: Security Warning Bar in Red ??

Hello;

1) Very often I miss the almost invisible and silent Security Warning at the top, and spend a lot of time trying to figure out the problem with my program, and/or why it is no longer working when moved to another location.
(I’ve no intention of changing the current macro security setting or the trusted locations.)

2) Few days ago while learning the basics to navigate XL 2010, I vaguely recall browsing through an article (authored by MS or an XL expert) showing the Security Warning Bar in Red.
I’m not sure whether it was for XL 2010 or another version, nor whether it was a true picture or an artist’s impression of how the bar should look, or perhaps a proposed suggestion for future releases.
It wasn't my concern at the time and I moved on.

3) It would help if one can easily change the colour of the security warning bar to RED to make it more visible.

Is it possible in XL 2010 (Office Home and Student 2010) ??

Regards.
