Hi.
I've got a table that has multiple repeating cases. Each case has a value next to it. I'm trying to calculate the average each case would be. I've tried using the VLookup function but that just gives the Last case value and I can't figure out how to punch out the average. I want to try and avoid using a pivot table as much as possible.

So I need a function (if one doesn't already exist) That goes through a table and finds a case and gives an average using all the data in the table.

If this isn't understood please reply with questions and I'll try and paste an example of what i mean.

Thanks
