XL File on DeskTop cannot be openned

Hi there

When I click on an XL file placed on DeskTop, only Excel App is openned and the file is not open. Also when an XL file is allready openned and try to open another XL file placed on DeskTopm same problem happened. I tried many times, but !!!!!! ?

Any solution to this problem ?

My problem is how to open an XL file, but by clicking on an XL file when the file is located on DeskTop

Hi,
Just open the application (EXCEL) and then from File>Open>..try opening your file. Or when excel is opened...check whether Tools>Options>General>Ignore Other applications is CHECKED. If so, uncheck it.
