I don't have access to Excel 2016 anymore, but looks like it didn't have a Help tab, as Excel 2019 now does.
The addin should also put the buttons on the Home tab. Do you see them there (far right)?

Those are the proper buttons. Do they work? If so, you can ignore the error message for now.
