XL2BB Not Loading

When I start up Excel I see: it starting to load the Add In

...but it doesn't appear.

I have to go to Developer, Excel Add Ins and deselect XL2BB and OK. Then Developer, Excel Add Ins and select XL2BB and it appears.

Try this
Close Excel
Find the Add-In file in Windows File Explorer
Right click - Properties
On the 'General' tab, is there an 'Unblock' box at the bottom?
If so, mark it and OK
Try again
 
Yep! The Unblock seems to have fixed it.
