XL2BB not on add-in list

I am trying to install XL2BB so I can post a mini sheet. I've downloaded the zip file, unzipped it and double clicked the file but nothing happens and it's not showing on the Add-ins list.

I've followed the directions but again, no sign of it.

Help please.
 
You need to note where you saved the xl2bb.xlam file then it seems like you have gone astray in this section of the instructions.

If you still have problems post back with exactly where in the instruction process you come to a problem.

Also, make sure that you are aware of this section at the bottom of the main article in case these circumstances arise.
