I have a resource calendar where I have a master data sheet to add in event details, and then I have a sheet that looks up the data to put into a Gantt chart to be able to have a whole overview of the events we book in the year, in a calendar view. As the users will be inputting the data in the master sheet as a when projects are booked, is there a way to pull the data through to the Gannt chart sheet in date order at all?

Currently my sheet is just pulling data through as =CELL in the other sheet for the project name and then the rest of the data is using an XLOOKUP to pull all the dates and project details through. I'm not sure if there is a better way to do this that doesn't just rely on the =CELL rule?
