VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.

Hi Chris :)

I think it may be a "smart tag."

If you go into your AutoCorrect options, there is a tab for Smart Tags where you can turn off "label data with smart tags"

I'm not positive on this, but that's what it sounds like, at any rate.

You might try tools | options | error checking | Enable background error checking
