Hi - using excel 2000 unfortunately, and need to do a XY chart with labels. ie.
Item A x=5, y=6
Item B x=3, y=4
Item C x=5, y=6
I need the chart to plot the points (ie. 5,6 and 3,4 and 5,6) , and show Item A, Item B etc as the data label.
The two problems I have are :
1. The data label shows as the x co-ordinate. ie for Item A above, the data label shows as 5, when I want it to show as Item A.
2. Where there are two items the same - ie Item A and Item C, I can't get the chart to show both. Only shows the one point.
