I need the chart to plot the points (ie. 5,6 and 3,4 and 5,6) , and show Item A, Item B etc as the data label. <o></o>

The two problems I have are :<o></o>

1. The data label shows as the x co-ordinate. ie for Item A above, the data label shows as 5, when I want it to show as Item A.<o></o>
2. Where there are two items the same - ie Item A and Item C, I can't get the chart to show both. Only shows the one point.<o></o>
