I am having issues coming up with the answer to this issue. Here is the formula I am using:

=AVERAGE(March!C5,April!C5,May!C5,June!C5,July!C5,August!C5,September!C5,October!C5,November!C5,December!C5)

I want the answer to be blank if there is nothing there instead of #DIV/0!

Any help would be appreciated!!!

Hello and welcome to MrExcel.

Try

=IF(ISERROR(AVERAGE(March:December!C5)),"",AVERAGE(March:December!C5))
