you cannot record your changes because a value you entered violates

Hi I am importing excel file (External Data) into my access project. I am using 2 dropboxes for Site Surveyor and Invoiced date on form. I am fetching all data from excel file and when I try to open the form and select drop down box (1) Site Surveyor which works fine but when I click on 2nd (Invoiced Date) drop box which shows " you cannot record your changes because a value you entered violates " error. i tried a lot but no luck... is anybody help me to short out this problem? Thanks

And I am not going to update my excel file, I just fetch values from excel to access dropboxes only. i tried a lot but no luck... is anybody help me to short out this problem? Thanks
