I need a macro that will fill in several cells in a column with zeroes but not all of them. Is there a quick one that would zero out say A1-A5, A7-A12, A13-A18. I assume that I can enter these in a range, but my range macros are limited. Is this simple enough that some one could help me?

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Hi Bill,
Do you have any other information in the line that will signify that it should be a zero. For example, if B2 is empty, then zero out A2?

Code:
Range("A1:A5,A7:A12,A13:A18").Value = 0
should do it.

No, I am just zeroing out a report at the beginning of each week and it would be cool to zero out the column with a single click.
