Is there a possible way to open a sheet from a dashboard to a certain size. For Example is someone changes the zoom level and saves it. when it it reopened can it go to 115% automatically.

Hope this makes sense. I want all the sheets on the workbook default to 115% zoom

thanks

Try using this Vba script:
This is an auto sheet event script
Your Workbook must be Macro enabled
To install this code:
Right-click on any sheet tab
Select View Code from the pop-up context menu
In the upper left corner of the window double click on "ThisWorkBook"

Paste this code in the VBA edit window

Now anytime you activate a sheet the window will zoom to 115%

Code:
Private Sub Workbook_SheetActivate(ByVal Sh As Object)
ActiveWindow.Zoom = 115
End Sub

Code:
Private Sub Workbook_Open()
Dim sh As Worksheet
For Each sh In Worksheets
sh.Select
ActiveWindow.Zoom = 115
